Join a Running Group!
Running groups are free! All ages and paces welcome! Walkers, run/walkers, joggers, crawlers! All groups have loosely suggested routes however participants are free to adjust as they wish. The group starts out together but quickly separates as there is great variation in pace from fast runners to casual walkers. Most runners/walkers do about a 30 minute run/walk though some go longer or shorter. Attendance is taken at each group (see below). Prizes are awarded for each 25 attendance points earned!
